刘佩贵，女，1981年出生于山东省莒县，汉族，中共党员，工学博士。

2000.09 - 2004.07   山东农业大学水文与水资源工程学士

2004.09 - 2009.03   河海大学水文学及水资源博士

2009.03 –2013.12   合肥工业大学水利水电工程系讲师

2013.07 – 2014.01   佛罗里达州立大学访问学者

2014.01 - 至今合肥工业大学水利水电工程系副教授/硕导
